Shipping and Refunds

Shipping and Handling: 

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. Shipments should take approximately 4-5 business days to arrive at designated shipping address. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package, and it is successfully processed through their system.


1. Eligibility for Refund:
    •    Refunds are applicable within 3 days from the date of purchase.
    •    To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Refund Process:

    •    Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, along with instructions on where to send the item.


3. Return Shipping:
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.


4. Inspection and Approval:
    •    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for adherence to the eligibility criteria.
    •    If the item meets the criteria, we will proceed with the refund process.


5. Refund Options:
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    •    Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
